A new residential complex in Ljubljana called Rakova Jelša II has been officially opened

The €22.5 million project includes five apartment buildings with 156 non-commercial rental apartments and a free-standing mixed-use community building. Rakova Jelša II apartments are one-, two- or three-room properties ranging from 30 to 75 square meters, all of which are already rented out.

The investor in the project is the Ljubljana Housing Fund, which received a long-term loan from the National Housing Fund and a loan from SID Banka, the state bank for export and development. The foundation may soon receive permission to build new apartments in the city’s Podutik district.
