A village in Spain put up for sale last year is on the market again

An interesting piece of real estate – an entire village called Salto de Castro in the town of Zamora – is still for sale in Spain. It was put up for sale last year and was purchased by a businessman from Toledo for 0.3 million euros. The new owner managed to put the documentation in order and register the architectural plan for modernizing the village into a tourist complex. The new price of the object is now 580,000 euros. The renewed Salto de Castro has already attracted a group of investors from Arab countries and Miami. There are already offers to purchase the property for 0.6 million euros.

The village is located near the border with Portugal. It contains not only residential buildings, but also a church, a school, a hotel, old barracks, a bar, a swimming pool and sports grounds
