Situated on Lilford Road in Camberwell, with easy access to the A23, A215 and South Circular, the project is the fourth greenfield project Bloom is undertaking for its £250m ultra-urban warehouse joint venture. Bloom will build nine units designed by Michael Sparks Associates, located on double, two-story parallel terraces with an open central service courtyard. Construction will begin in July and completion is expected in the second quarter of 2024. The project will have a BREEAM sustainability rating of ‘Excellent’ and an EPC rating of ‘A+’. It will include solar panels and electric vehicle charging points, and public recreation areas for staff.
