This is a condominium project near the center of Phuket Floresta, with 700 units with a total cost of 3 billion baht. Kri Deichai, president of the company’s residential business, believes the Phuket property market has seen significant growth since last year, driven by strong demand from foreign investors and local buyers. The first phase of Phyll Phuket included three eight-storey towers and a total of 439 housing units valued at 1.5 billion baht, commissioned at the end of 2021. At this stage, a 70% increase in sales was recorded. The first phase is projected to sell out by the end of the year and generate revenue in the fourth quarter of 2023 and the first quarter of next year.
