Dubai conglomerate Al Habtoor will build one of the world’s largest residential towers


Dubai has traditionally been home to a number of the world’s most famous and major projects.

For example, there is a 413.7-meter Princess Tower and a 392.8-meter Marina 23. The new unique building will consist of 81 floors and have an area of ​​about 327,000 square meters. The facility will be located next to the Dubai Water Canal, close to the Dubai International Financial Centre. The windows of the skyscraper will offer views of the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world. The cost of investment in the project has not been announced; it is known that it will be completed within a record short period of 3 years. The selection of a contractor is currently underway from proposals received from companies from the UAE, China, India and Europe.
