Property sales in Cyprus rose 19% in June compared to the same month last year


This data is provided by the Department of Lands and Geodesy. The total number of transactions registered in the land registry in June 2023 was 1,397 units. A year earlier, the number of transactions amounted to 1,173 units. Sales increased in all areas except Famagusta, where it remained unchanged. Limassol recorded the largest number of transactions – 444 transactions.

Sales for the first half of the year reached 6,7689 units. Thus, they grew by 23% compared to the same period last year. Sales growth was noted in all areas of Cyprus.
