Slovak developer Corwin began construction of the Vilharia office complex

The cost of the project is estimated at 100 million euros. It will be located next to the Ljubljana central railway station. The five-storey building with an area of almost 40,000 square meters, located on a derelict site between the railway station and Vilharjeva Street, is due for completion in 2025. The complex, designed by Danish architecture studio Schmidt Hammer Lassen and Slovenian engineering firm Elea iC, will have green roofs. In addition to offices, the complex will also have spaces that will be open to the general public.

The Slovak investor has been present in Slovenia for several years, working on five projects in Ljubljana.
