Stoneweg acquired two hotels in Spain for €83 million

The investment was made through various Stoneweg funds and increased the company’s hotel business by 25%. La Nina is a four-star hotel with 226 rooms located in Costa Adeje, Tenerife, 200 meters from Playa Fanabe and Playa de la Pinta. The Palace de Muro is a 184-room five-star hotel in Muro, Majorca, located directly on Playa de Muro, considered one of the best beaches in the world. Both hotels have several restaurants, bars and pools, as well as a spa and gym, as well as meeting, incentive, conference and event space. Following the 2023 summer season, Stoneweg will undertake an extensive capital expenditure program to refurbish and reposition the hotels. Stoneweg Hospitality, founded in 2021, currently owns a portfolio of seven first-class hotels across Spain. These include Alua Menorca, Casa Lit Barcelona or Hard Rock Hotel Marbella, which reopened in March this year after a comprehensive renovation of its rooms and suites.
